FAQ

IS THERE A MINIMUM OR MAXIMUM EVENT SIZE?


No. We have provided services for clients where the number of guests range from a dozen people to several thousand. We appreciate it when an approximate number of guests can be provided as it helps ensure the appropriate amount of equipment and staff will be available.




DO YOU PROVIDE A WRITTEN CONTRACT?


Yes. Each engagement employs a written contract to outline the services requested, fee and security deposit, setup requirements, and cancellation policies.




IS THERE A SET RATE?


No. We customize services provided for each client and each event. As such, the cost can vary due to factors like number of guests, event location, duration, scope of services and format. All quotes are provided in writing and are price negotiable.




CAN WE MEET TO DISCUSS MY EVENT?


Yes. We find it very beneficial to meet in-person with our clients in advance of an event at any location that is convenient for them. Our staff arrive prepared to learn more about the client event and discuss how we plan to meet expectations.




HOW INVOLVED CAN WE BE IN THE PLANNING?


As involved as you would like. We pride ourselves on communicating earnestly with our clients to ensure that their tastes and specific requests are accurately represented in the live selection.




WHAT EQUIPMENT IS PROVIDED?


We utilize only professional grade, road-tested equipment. For each event, we work closely with our clients to identify what degree of production is desired and will provision a configuration accordingly. This may include securing additional equipment to adequately cover increased attendance, unusual venue architecture or higher sound pressure levels of audio reproduction if so desired.




HOW FAR WILL YOU TRAVEL?


For most events, we will travel anywhere up to a 50 mile radius of Arlington, VA with any distance beyond 50 miles incurring a modest travel fee. This means that we will travel as far out as Baltimore and Hagerstown in Maryland or Front Royal and Fredericksburg in Virginia at no additional cost.




WHAT IS YOUR CHANGE/CANCELATION POLICY?


We understand that event schedule changes and cancellations are a reality, especially for outdoor events. We will try our best to accommodate your schedule change; however, we cannot guarantee our availability on rescheduled dates. Should you change your event to a date we are not available or you cancel your event, your deposit will be refunded in full if we are notified at least four weeks in advance of your event date.




ARE YOU INSURED?


Yes. We have insurance coverage for services provided to clients. This policy includes general liability coverage.
